Refund Policy

1. Online or telephone shopping
If the purchase is made online, by phone, or through apps, you can cancel within 7 calendar days of confirmation and receive a full refund, provided the service has not yet been used.

2. Cancellation after 7 days
After this period, the refund will depend on:
From the rules of the suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.);
Regarding any possible fines or fees that may be disclosed at the time of purchase;
Agency administrative fee, when applicable.

3. Rescheduling
Rescheduling is subject to:
Regarding the availability of services;
According to the supplier's rules;
Regarding the charging of differences in values or fees.

4. No-show
Failure to appear on the scheduled date may result in the total or partial loss of the amount paid, according to the rules of the contracted service.

5. Cancellation by the agency or supplier
If the service is cancelled by the agency or provider, you can choose between:
Full refund;
Markdown;
Credit for future use.

6. Refund deadline

When applicable, the refund will be made via the same payment method and within 30 days, in accordance with the law.

7. Exceptional cases
Situations such as force majeure or legal requirements will be handled in accordance with current legislation, seeking the best solution for the consumer.
